On Monday October 1, dine at the Rumford Chelo’s Hometown Bar & Grille, at 45-D Newport Ave., between 11:30 am & 10 pm. Then present one FBC “Chelo’s Coupon” for each diner at the time of your payment.  Your FBC Chelo’s coupons are located on the small tables in our Sanctuary and administrative hallway.
